'What are the physical factors that affect the farmer's decision of what to grow, and what are the human factors that affect the farmer's decision of what to grow?' some examples would be great thanks

Answers
Physical factors include the properties of the soil (as it may not suit all crops), location (transport costs) and weather (seasons). Human factors could include economic issues such as price of crops and whether they need to buy no plant and equipment to plant and harvest the crops. The overall financial return taking into account all costs (people, equipment, seeds etc) will help determine how the land is used. Statistical techniques such as yield and capacity modelling could help the farmer decide how to use the land for the best financial return.
