Your equation is: 10x^2-17x-20 The easiest way to factorize a quadratic equation is to use the following equation: x=(-b±√(b^2-4ac))/2a. In the quadratic equation you have to solve a=10, b=-17 and c=-20. When you solve the equation you will get two solutions, either x=5/2 or 2x-5=0 OR x=-4/5 or 5x+4=0 So your final solution is: (2x-5)(5x+4). Hope this helps.
