I need help on conditional tense in French,
need some phases to use in a 'if' holiday. i.e If I went to Spain I would go to the beach.

opps, hit return too soon. Si j'allais en Espagne, j'irai a la plage. The easier ENGLISH translation and way to think of this is IF I WERE TO GO TO SPAIN, (then) I WOULD GO TO THE BEACH. Another example is, si j'allais en France, je visiterais Paris. Si je voyageais en avion, je me mettrais a la fenetre. HOpe that helps.

The only point is that in 'Si j'allais en Espagne, j'irai a la plage' , both of them need to end in -s

Si j'allais...j'irais (the first is l'imparfait, the other is le conditionnel present.
