There is no easy way to learn how to speak French. You could think about:
Listening to French tv and radio stations
Watch French movies
Spending time there, maybe on an exchange visit via school
Your pronunciation could also be helped by listening to, and practicing, French language audio courses, like Rosetta Stone or Michel Thomas.
