What is an easy way to find the equivalent of a fraction?

Answers
If you consider a fraction e.g. 3/4 then providing you multiply the top and bottom numbers by the same number the resulting fraction will always be equivalent to 3/4. For example: 3/4 is equivalent to 6/8 (times both numbers by 2) Or: 3/4 is equivalent to 9/12 (times both numbers by 3) Hope this helps!
