Currently I work part time for a college in Manchester as a Deputy Head (Vice Principle) which involves many duties and I'm always keen to put knowledge and skills into any working practice. Previously I was teaching English Language to many international students, assessing and completing ILP's on each individual and preparing for exams. I have also delivered many training packages to organisations who are looking for staff development. Some of these short courses have been, Counselling concepts, Health and Safety, Drug and alcohol awareness, business and management through and well known awarding body. Teaching is my passion and I love nothing more to see that students pass and get the grades they aim for. My own life experiences form who I am as a person and I draw on these experiences to help me understand others but I do not assume that others experiences are the same since every individual is unique and different. Its my understanding that all individuals have the right to be treated with equal dignity, respect, consideration and without prejudice and to be given equal access to all services without regard to race, colour, nationality, culture, languages spoken, religious beliefs and ethnic backgrounds. I treat each person by their ideas, values, actions, and character and not by their racial origins, religion, community or culture. I use my communication skills to the best of my ability .
