About Alicja
I'm an enthusiastic Physics Tutor with a first-class degree in Physics, having recently graduated from Russel Group Queen Mary University of London. I teach students up to GCSE level in mathematics and physics. I have been tutoring for 2 years with a lot of progress in my students, most recently with the GCSE results this august.
I am also a grade 6 pianist who took private lessons since the age of 5, but stopped at GCSE to focus on the subjects I love the most.

On the first lesson, I organise a small test to evaluate the students strengths and weaknesses according to their academic year. Before each lesson I will plan what it is the student needs to focus on in order to achieve the highest grade possible. A very effective method of teaching is actually pushing the students boundaries, in order to help them excel at what they're studying. I'm a very good listener and so I use this ability to really focus on the needs of that student. I will teach according to the curriculum and the mark schemes, which is specific to each exam board and therefore marked differently.
