About Alex
Outside of schools I tutor 4 students, 3 at GCSE level and 1 taking his A-levels this summer. I have been tutoring these once a week from the beginning of the academic year, listening to their needs and areas of difficulty to construct and plan the hour of tutoring. All of my GCSE students have increased their projected target by at least a grade. My A-level student is on course for A/B in his maths exams having previously been predicted D's.

I currently teach Maths in schools from y7 up to GCSE. I can tutor with any maths topic up to and including A level, due to achieving A* in both Maths and Further Maths at A-level. I believe the best way to revise and learn is to work through examinations questions, but I am open to any other method of learning and will teach any topic you feel you need help on. People would agree that being taught by someone of similar age having not long gone through the education they have is much more useful to their education, which is why I believe I would be extremely helpful, along with my great encouragement and love for Mathematics.
