Hello,
I am a Secondary School teacher in South East London. I teach KS3 and KS4 English and Media to students aged 11-16. I also tutor KS2-KS4. I have lots of experience supporting students of all levels and abilities with homework, classwork and exam preparation. I have a range of resources and lessons that will help students to build skills, knowledge and confidence in English. Also, as I am currently teaching GCSE English, I have extensive knowledge of the exam criteria and mark schemes for both Language and Literature papers (AQA and Eduqas).
I have a BA in Sociology and MA in Research Methodology from the University of Liverpool. I believe I am patient, kind and tailor my teaching to the interests and needs of each student. I like to challenge students and ensure they are making progress in a calm and supportive environment.

We can't recommend Chelsea highly enough. She tutored our daughter during Yr 10 and 11 for English GSCE. Our daughter was suffering from a huge lack of confidence and was not enjoying English at school at all. Chelsea's tutoring gave my daughter practical strategies, revision tips and tonnes of support with exam type questions. She had face to face and online sessions too. Both type of lessons worked brilliantly.
