I am a very passionate tutor, with over 5 years of experience.
I am a nuclear engineer, currently studying an MSc in Nuclear Science and Technology, funded by NTEC. In 2017, I completed an MEng from the University of Manchester in Petroleum Engineering, and graduated with First Class Honours.
My postgraduate study is in physics, chemistry and computational modelling. My undergraduate was chemical engineering and included modules in maths, physics, chemistry and earth science. As a result, I am very confident teaching maths and science subjects.
In the past, I have worked as a private tutor teaching GCSE and A Level Maths, Chemistry and Biology, been employed a high-school for 2 years as a Maths tutor, and I have trained and worked with a company that provides tutors to schools all over Manchester.
I enjoy teaching and love seeing my students progress. I am patient, understanding and creative. I make my lessons as engaging as possible and tailor my style to the unique needs of each student. I encourage questions during teaching and am always happy to provide additional assistance.
Please feel free to get in touch and book a lesson. To get the most out of our time, I advise sending a message before-hand stating the topic, so I can prepare additional resources if necessary and structure the lesson.
