I have a first class honours degree in mathematics and computer science, a masters degree in mathematical modelling, and am now working towards my PhD in mathematical immunology.
I have been tutoring for over two years, and working with students from 13 years - university level.
I have also worked as an associate lecturer in engineering mathematics and worked as an academic support worker, therefore am competent working with students with learning disabilities.
I take an informal approach to tutoring and have good rapports with my students. I needed tutoring myself during school, therefore appreciate how difficult keeping up with maths classes can be and understand how extra support can help students with their confidence and abilities.
