About Paul
I have almost five years' experience giving tuition to students of all ability levels from GCSE upwards, both online and in person. I have extensive experience working with A-Level students to prepare them for their final exams and to support them with university applications. I have also given various language and literature masterclasses at various institutions around the country, and even taught students at undergraduate level.
I hold a first-class degree in Spanish and German, an MPhil in European Literature, and a PhD in Spanish and Latin American Literature from Cambridge University. I am fluent in Spanish and German, having lived in Munich, Seville and Buenos Aires during my studies.

In lessons I like to provide a supportive atmosphere in which I work together with students to think through problems independently. This allows students to develop a sense of independence and helps them to remember the material we covered. I always ensure that my teaching is adapted to the level and interests of the student, which requires me to prepare thoroughly before every lesson to ensure that they get the highest possible benefit.
