I am currently a Biomedical sciences student at Queen Mary University of London. I have just finished my first year and passed with a first class standard. Previously, I attended Cheltenham Ladies' College for my secondary education where I achieved high GCSE (8A* grades, 2A grades and a B) and A level grades (AAA grades) in Biology, Chemistry and Maths with further AS levels in Spanish and Physics.
I am 19 years old and have a younger brother aged 12. I have helped tutor him, along with his peers through their struggles with Maths and entrance exams to secondary schools as well as interview techniques and I am proud to say that they have all been awarded places at their desired secondary schools. I have tutored several children in my neighbourhood and have helped family members and all have done well.
I am a dedicated individual that is very patient and caring towards the children I have helped in the past. I tend to gauge the speed and level at which I tutor depending on how comfortable the individual is and how they are progressing. I love working with kids and enjoy their enthusiasm and desire to learn.
My main subject areas are Maths and the Sciences until GCSE level or higher (I took Maths, Biology and Chemistry at A level). However, I also help with interview techniques of any level and personal statement writing.
