I believe that everyone has the capacity to learn a foreign language.
I am a fun and friendly experienced and qualified teacher of French and Spanish with a passion for languages and for learning. Both teaching and languages run in my blood and I love to channel both of those things into a personalised plan for the individual from tots through teens, uni students and beyond. I have taught in schools up to A level and IB and have run toddler groups in Spanish and French. I have a strong joint honours degree from the University of Bristol and a PGCE as well as having undertaken Masters level research into independent learning in educational contexts. I have a high success rate with individual tutoring, my most recent IB student securing her dream place at York to read joint honours. I was so proud to keep her enthusiasm going and help get her there.
I am organised, creative, interesting and interested and ready to work with you, alongside you to help you be the best you can be, grow in confidence and love my languages as much as I do.
I am available evenings, weekends and some days during the week.
