I have been a teacher of science at an outstanding school for 25 years. My specialism is chemistry. I can offer tuition in A level chemistry, and GCSE chemistry physics and biology. I can offer help in astronomy. I have a degree in biochemistry (Bristol University), a PhD in biochemistry (Sussex University)and was a postdoctoral fellow in chemistry and biochemistry at Leicester University. I have a PGCE in Science teaching specialising in chemistry. I was head of chemistry at my school for ten years. Many of my students have been inspired to become scientists or medics. I gained grade As at A level in chemistry, physics and biology in 1980, at Southwell Minster Grammar School. I have great empathy for students and value one to one tuition. When I go through my thought processes about how to answer an exam question, I really enhance a student's attainment. To me, learning is a lifelong joy. I am very approachable, and enjoy online tuition greatly.

hello, I am currently designing a machine that will basically replicate the alternator in a car but for electric cars, however I am currently stuck as I need a compound/element that is a liquid at room temperature and has a low boiling point but it also has to not react with copper. thanks.
