Hi! My name is Waqar. I am currently studying MSc Advanced Aeronautical Engineering at Imperial College London. I graduated from Brunel University with a First Class Honours in BEng Aerospace Engineering in Summer 2018. I have a very strong background in Maths and I have loved the subject since I was a kid, mainly because my Dad forced me to work through loads of maths textbooks! I got strong grades in Biology, Maths, Chemistry and Economics A-Levels, as well as very strong grades in 10 GCSEs.
In terms of tutoring I have experience of 11+ tutoring but more importantly I feel I have the patience and communication skills to be a good teacher and help you grasp the things that you find the most difficult. My focus is to listen to you and to prioritise your needs. I'm here because I enjoy studying in groups and learning from others, as well as helping others to learn. I want to use my knowledge and skills to help other students.
At the moment I would like to focus on only teaching Maths, anywhere up to and including A-Level standard, because this is my strongest subject. In the future I may look to branch out to other subjects. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!
