I'm a medical student at Birmingham University and have just completed my second year of studies. I studied Biology, Physics, Arabic, Chemistry and Maths at A-level and achieved AAAAA respectively. At GCSE, I achieved 7A's, 2As and 2Bs. Throughout my time at university, I've been fortunate to be able to tutor some of the first years in anatomy and physiology on a voluntary basis. The feedback I receive when I do hold the revision sessions is very positive and thankful. I have also been able to help other propsective medical students with the decision making process that arises with applying to university as well as personal statement writing skills and interview skills.
In my free time, you're most likely find me in a boxing club or on the road running for I am also an amateur boxer. I've been able to apply much of what I learn in medicine to better myself as an athlete and to develop my own personal training programmes as well as helping fellow colleagues develop their own athletisicm and time management skills. Juggling a sport like boxing with a degree like medicine has surely showed me what each and every one of us is capable of if they pursue their desires and dreams. It is not only a matter of working hard but it is also crucial to work smart - that is what I am here to help you achieve.
