After studying Social Sciences, Psychology and Counselling with the Open University I completed a BSc Hons in Psychology, with Philosophy, Religion and Ethics. Furthermore I became a Mindfulness Teacher, Life Coach, and completed a diploma in Phytotherapy.
My main experience is teaching psych-education and numeracy and literacy to recovering addicts in a residential settings. I can, of course, adapt my communications to suit the audience as have trained volunteers and staff, as well as presented talks and facilitated workshops with organisations and groups of individuals.
