Hello, and welcome to my profile!
I hold a PhD in English and Critical Theory, an MA in Victorian Studies, and a BA in History and Sociology.
I have taught undergraduates at De Montfort University and the University of Leicester for the past three years, and I am an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, which evaluates HE teaching.
I have been tutoring for longer, and welcome enquiries from university students interested in tuition across the Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (qualitative).
I would also welcome tutees requiring help with GCSE English and History, and A-Level English, Sociology, Religious Studies, Philosophy, and Classical Civilization.
Additionally, I am able to advise on grant writing and job applications (personal statements) more generally.
I was born in Romania in 1989 and adopted as a baby. I have lived most of my life in the UK, and I am sympathetic to cross-cultural experiences and approaches to life.
As a person I am organised, flexible, patient, and possess a keen sense of humour.
