I am an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher with more than two years experience tutoring a wide range of students.
I take a dynamic approach to teaching, assessing students' personal goals and learning styles in order to provide them with the best learning experience possible. We will review your personal goals and learning style in the first session in order to create your own bespoke learning plan.
Above all else, I am committed to instilling a sense of confidence in my tutees, identifying areas of strength to build and capitalise on. Having overcome my own struggles with dyslexia I am particularly well placed to offer all students with personally tailored advice on study technique, essay structuring, and exam preparation, as well as boosting individuals’ confidence in their own ability to thrive and succeed.
I have extensive experience tutoring both online and in person. Over the last two years I have worked with around 12-15 students per week from ages 9-18. I am proud to say that every student I have worked with so far has reached the goal we set at the beginning of our first session.
The structure of one to one supervision in Cambridge has instilled in me a firm belief that a personal approach to education is key, and I am excited to practice this in my own tutoring. The key to success is confidence and enjoyment. Equipping my students with the necessary knowledge of the exam system, whilst also helping them to enjoy their work, will be the key to our joint success.
